The Cognitive Neuroscience Lab at the College of William and Mary conducts research on the mental representation of motor behavior. More specifically, we are interested in how the brain and body interact when we engage in certain actions, or when we simply imagine engaging in these actions. In addition, we are interested in how the link between the mind and the body is strengthened as a result of practice, or weakened as a result of physical injury.
